Ultimate Tunisia Ride

Arrival to Tunis Carthage International airport. Our team will welcome you and escort you to your charming hotel for your first night in Tunisia. You can choose to relax or visit some of local shops and dive right away into the culture.

Early departure to Ride N Xplore headquarters located in central downtown Tunis for briefing and meeting the team. The first day of riding starts on quick tour through the main street of "Habib Bouguiba" where you get to see the heart of Tunis. Then, we will head to "Bizert" through the famous city of "Carthage" where you will start learning about the Tunisian history.

Today, we ride along the North Coast of Tunisia. We will visit "Cape Angela", a rocky cape of Tunisia, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, It is designated as the northernmost point of continental Africa, with the southernmost point being Cape Agulhas, South Africa. Our route will finish in "Tabarka" a coastal town located in north-western Tunisia, close to the border of Algeria.

Head to 'El Kef' via 'Bni Mtir' for a visit to the famous Dam of the Region. Then we will take the direction of 'Bulla Regia' a famous Roman Archeological site where we will have a traditional lunch of the region. We will finish our journey passing by a the village of 'Touiref' famous for its rich land and great motorcycle routes.

Early departure and head to the 'Table of Jugurtha', an emblematic natural and cultural site, included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Along the route, we will drive on roads ideally for the Royal Enfield Himalayan and certainly the most famous of all for motorcycle travel in Tunisia. Our day will end at 'Sbaitla' in a hotel right next to a famous archeological site where we will spend the night.

Travel towards the city of "Tozeur". Today, we are starting seeing a drastic change of scenery as we head towards the Sahara Desert. We will pass by the old roman city capsa called now "gafsa" to get Lunch. Before reaching our guest house, we will take an off-road route that was built during the WW2 by the famous General Erwin Rommel.

Waking up in the middle of a palm grove in a city rising out of the desert. An extraordinary change of scenery awaits you around the town of "Tozeur". Today we head to what people calling "The door of the Sahara Desert", the Tunisian City "DOUZ" to spend the night under the star-studded canvas of the Saharan sky. We will leave the motorcycles and use a transfer service with one of the most epic campsite in the middle of the desert dunes.

Back to the city of "Douz" via our transfer service from the campsite. The transfer will be made with 4x4, Quad, or SSVs. The route will be different with challenging dune passes. We will then get the motorcycle and continue our way to spend the night in "ksar Ghilane" an oasis with a hot water spring where we will get the chance to swim and enjoy the afternoon.

Travel towards the city of "Tataouin" where a part of star wars movie was filmed. This region is also famous for being the land for Berber people. We will discover various "Amazigh" Villages and stop in different Ksours and monument dating from the 17th century.

Waiking up in the village of "Tamazret", today we discover more of the culture of berber people and visit their homes through off-road routes. Today, we start heading back up towards "El Jem" the best-preserved Roman forum temples in Tunisia. The region was home to nomadic tribes and Berber. It was pacified and populated under the Roman.

Last riding day, wake up in the famous city of Kairaoune, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to the Great Mosque Uqba. It is also known for its pastries. We will then ride North through a scenic road and national park to reach the capital city of Tunis.

Depending on your departure time, our team will gladly show you around the city of Tunis, runes of Carthage, and the beautiful village of Sidi Bou Said before heading back to the airport.
