TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All riders must have a valid motorcycle license. A copy of the license is required when booking to ensure all documents are in order.

Insurance
All participants not resident in Tunisia must have appropriate travel, health and accident insurance. It is also recommended that you have a medical evacuation insurance. The insurance contract taken out by Ride N Xplore guarantees the motorcyclist’s civil liability (article 1 of decree N°80-81 of 30/01/1961 of the insurance code). Ride N Xplore guarantees individual driver accident insurance, this guarantee is granted as follows: 4000 dinars per person and per claim or in the event of death or total permanent incapacity and 400 dinars for medical expenses.

Baggage and personal belongings
All luggages and personal items will be transported via the Ride N Xplore support vehicle. Each motorcyclist is responsible for any loss or damage to his property. Ride N Xplore declines all responsibility for customers’ luggage and personal belongings.
Driving conditions
The rider must follow the traffic rules set by the Ride N Xplore guide. In the event of non-compliance with the local traffic rules set by the guide, Ride N Xplore reserves the right to suspend the motorcyclist and take the necessary measures to ensure his safety of the group. It is strictly forbidden to drive the motorcycles under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
Liability and security
Ride N Xplore team is not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the ride. Each motorcyclist and his passenger are responsible for their safety and that of their equipment. The Ride N Xplore team declines all responsibility for incidents during the tour, including collateral damage.
Photos and videos
Photos and videos may be taken during the ride by the Ride N Xplore team or a third party. Images and videos remain the property of Ride N Xplore and may be broadcast on Ride N Xplore’s digital platforms.
Weather conditions
No refunds or price adjustments will be made for weather claims
Force majeure
If bad weather, road construction or any other unforeseen situation occurs, Ride N Xplore will do the necessary to change the schedule that was originally planned for the tour. 
Acceptance of terms and conditions

I understand that I will be required to sign a release and waiver form before I can participate in a Ride N Xplore trip. I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Ride N Xplore. I’m aware that motorcycling can be dangerous. I’m aware that traffic conditions, roads, weather and other conditions as well as the actions of other members of the tour can influence the risks. I agree to accept those risks. I’m an experienced, responsible and healthy motorcyclist with a valid motorcycle driver license. As a passenger I’m aware of the potential dangers of motorcycling. I further agree and understand that the owners, operators and agents of this tour, including Ride N Xplore, are not the guardians of my safety. They, individually or collectively, cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with the operation or my participation in the tour which might result in injury, death or other damage to me, my property, or my family, heirs, or assigns. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the internal laws (exclusive of the choice of law provisions thereof) of Tunisia as to all matters. Any action between the parties hereto shall only be brought in a court in Tunisia and not in any other jurisdiction and the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party its reasonable fees and costs.
